Employment, Intern and Volunteer Opportunities The Center for Family Community & Social Justice is looking for enthusiastic individuals interested in professional development to join our team. Must be interested in learning a family systems approach and in improving clinical skills. Cultural competence and ability to work in collaborative professional relationships required. Clinical supervision and training provided by experienced recognized teachers and clinicians. We are accepting applications for the following positions: Family Systems Specialist (FSS) . Masters Level. (MSW's must have passed LSW exam).Work with middle school children and their families in Bridgeton. Must be interested in learning a family systems approach and in improving clinical skills. Cultural competence and ability to work in collaborative professional relationships required. Clinical supervision and training provided by experienced recognized teachers and clinicians. The Family Systems Specialist is the leader of the Family and Empowerment Team and coordinates all aspects of the family case management and counseling process for the student and her/his family. S/he carries the direct practice responsibility for the overall management of all cases in the Family Empowerment Program. These positions are full time and include home visits and some evenings.
